As a trained insurance salesman, as well as a studied business economist and lawyer, Mr. Schepers looks back on a successful career in the area of finance and insurance, where he last worked as a member of the board of a corporate group. Since 1991, Mr. Schepers has been passionately managing the business of the Bonafide Immobilien Group and has shaped the success of the company through his many years of experience in real estate, especially in project development.

Our offices

Bonafide Immobilien was founded in 1974 in Monschau and is still connected to the city today. In the meantime we are active from different locations throughout Germany. The management and our commercial management are based in Berlin, with planning and architectural offices strategically located in North Rhine-Westphalia and Berlin in order to provide optimal support for our construction projects.

Assisted living

We offer older people a home that meets their everyday needs. Assisted living is suitable for senior citizens who live in a flat of their own and want to have quick and reliable help available in case of an emergency.

Boardinghouses

Our boarding houses offer a comfortable temporary home with modern furnished apartments, which are specially tailored to the needs of business travelers and individual tourists.

High quality housing

Contemporary housing construction today should be of high quality and user-oriented. We meet these requirements by focusing on urban development, functional and design quality, while implementing new housing concepts for a changing society.

Not only is there a shortage of living space in Germany, but there is also considerable demand for new real estate developments in other areas. It is our concern to react to this situation and the increased demand. Our expertise lies in the development and realization of high-quality residential properties as well as commercial and care properties.
