It is a plot of land in an alluvial area with a total area of approx. 9,966 m², consisting of two plots of land separated by the street "Am Eichenbroich".
Two apartment buildings will be built on plot 1. Here, 12 barrier-free freehold apartments with a total living space of approx. 958.06 m² and 12 outdoor parking spaces will be built.
On plot 2, a residential and commercial building (house 1) and two apartment buildings (houses 2 and 3) are being built. In House 1, two office units with a floor space of around 336.85 m², a day care center with a floor space of around 413.77 m² and two dementia residential communities for 22 residents with a total of around 888.36 m² living space are planned. Upon completion, House 2 will have 14 apartments suitable for senior citizens with 945.33 m² of living space. House 3 has 12 classic, barrier-free freehold apartments with 1,068.54 m² living space. In addition, a total of 40 outdoor parking spaces will be created on plot 2.
The apartments, ranging in size from 54 m² to 108 m², will be built barrier-free and have a modern layout. They have either a balcony, loggia or terrace. Generously proportioned, ground-level showers, designer floors, triple-glazed windows, underfloor heating, satellite TV as well as LAN and telephone connections are part of the high-quality furnishings. Some passenger elevators are planned. Heating is environmentally friendly: an air heat pump uses the outside air to heat the heating and drinking water. This feeds the underfloor heating in the apartments.
