In the Hersel district of Bornheim, a campus with a total of 207 rooms is being built on the Simon-Arzt-Strasse 2 property. The offer is primarily directed at students of the University of Bonn, as well as young professionals, business and individual travellers. The focus is on guests from the longstay segment who are looking for temporary accommodation and want to feel at home there.

In addition to the overnight accommodation, attractive service and commercial areas are planned. These include a reception area with a 24-hour store and lobby bar, a breakfast café, a co-working space, an e-bike rental station, a fitness area, a copy store, a laundry café, two multifunctional sports fields in the inner courtyard and 100 self storage areas for students. Furthermore, the hotel will have 130 car and 100 bicycle parking spaces.

The campus comprises a total of six building units, of which 4 buildings will be 3-storey and 2 building units 4-storey. Generous green spaces on the site, green flat roofs and the modern architecture round off the forward-looking concept. The hotel will be operated by a professional operating company with experience in this field.

The concept is the construction of a hotel with a modern lifestyle which stands out from the standard of the traditional offer. The campus in its entirety is a place where people of all ages can come together and inspire each other. The rooms are fully equipped units including a kitchenette where everyone feels at home immediately - even if it is only for one night.
